Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. Her Pro Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was forced to take six years away from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards every year. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel was able to make a comeback at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show was a success and she came in third. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia and took sixth place in her Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position within the fitness division, despite being completely unprepared. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with the machine as well as bent-over rows. First, she warms up and then moves on to working out. Ariel uses her time efficiently. How she does this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
